Each import appointment slot has a one-hour scheduled window, with a 30-minute grace period before and after—effectively providing a two-hour window for arrival.
Dispatching trucks without regard for their assigned appointment times disrupts terminal operations and hinders our ability to manage volume efficiently across the shift. This directly impacts our ability to deliver consistent and high levels of service.
We are actively tracking instances of non-compliance. If violations become excessive, we will initiate meetings with the respective parties to address and resolve the issue collaboratively.
